Make your mark
Purchase a paver or paint a panel with your personalized message that will be a permanent part of the Museum.
Adopt a sign
Are you a sign shop? How about donating your services to restore a Museum sign?
Not a sign shop? You can still adopt a sign by paying for the services to have the sign restored.
Save Old Signs (SOS)
Have access to a crane truck? The SOS program commits resources for the takedown, crating, and/or shipping of signs the Museum acquires across the country.
Donate a sign or sign item
Donors are formally recognized for their donations via the descriptive tags accompanying each item on display. Contributions are also acknowledged in the ‘New Acquisitions’ section of the website – as well as in the Museum’s quarterly newsletter and the monthly American Sign Museum column in Signs of the Times magazine.
Volunteer
Become a docent and help us extend the hours we’re open to the public. There is also often work to be done cataloging new arrivals, making sure all light bulbs are lit, you get the idea.
